My eSIM is not working
Most connection issues are resolved by turning data roaming on and restarting your phone. Make sure the SIMOVO eSIM is selected for mobile data and that your primary SIM is not using data. If you are still stuck, contact us and include your order number and the country you are in.
When does my eSIM activate?
SIMOVO eSIMs activate when you arrive in your destination country and connect to a supported network. You will not lose days before you travel.
How fast is Unlimited data?
You choose how much high speed data you want each day. Once you use that amount, your data continues at a lower speed. It doesn't completely stop.
I cannot scan the QR code
If you are viewing the QR code on the same phone you want to install the eSIM on, use the direct installation link in your email instead. You can also install manually using the LPA details provided.
