Can't find your phone?
Your device may still support eSIM even if it's not on this list. Go to Settings → Mobile Data (iPhone) or Settings → Network → SIM Manager (Android) and look for an "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan" option. If you see it, you're good to go.
Your phone works.
Now get connected.

Common questions
On iPhone: go to Settings → General → About and look for an "Available SIMs" or "Digital SIM" entry. On Android: go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIM cards or Mobile Network and look for an "Add eSIM" option. If you see either of these, your phone supports eSIM.
Phones bought SIM-free or directly from a manufacturer are usually already unlocked. If you bought your phone through a network on a contract, it may be locked. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About — if you see "No SIM restrictions" under Carrier Lock, you're unlocked. On Android, contact your carrier and they can check and unlock it for free. Most carriers are required to unlock phones after a device has been active on the network for a period of time.
Yes. Most eSIM-compatible phones support Dual SIM — your existing physical SIM stays in your phone and handles calls and messages on your normal number, while the SIMOVO eSIM provides local data abroad. You switch between them in your phone settings.
There are a few possible reasons: your phone may be carrier locked; some regional variants (especially from China, Hong Kong or Taiwan) ship without eSIM support even on the same model; or your carrier may have disabled eSIM functionality. Contact your carrier to confirm your device is unlocked and eSIM-enabled for your region.
Yes, SIMOVO eSIMs work on any compatible device — including eSIM-enabled iPads (from 2019 onwards) and select Windows laptops. The setup process is the same: tap the installation link we send, follow the on-screen steps, and you're connected.
