Welcome to SIMOVO! We’re all about making travel connectivity easy and affordable. These terms outline how you can use our eSIM services. If you’re using SIMOVO for personal (non-business) use, these terms apply to you.


 

1. Who Can Use SIMOVO

To use our services, you need to:

Be 18 or older.

Own an eSIM-compatible and unlocked device.

Agree to these terms.

2. What You’re Getting

SIMOVO gives you:

An eSIM (a digital SIM card) you can download to your phone.

Prepaid data plans for travel — pick a country or a region, buy the plan, and go!

Some plans include helpful features like ad-blocking or secure browsing.

3. Getting Started

Choose a data plan from our website or app.

Download and install your eSIM using Wi-Fi.

Activate the data plan when you’re ready to travel.

Plans are prepaid and expire after the stated duration — unused data won’t carry over or be refunded.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds if:

You haven’t activated the plan or downloaded the eSIM.

We may offer partial refunds if:

You’ve activated the plan but barely used it (over 99% unused) and had service issues.

We don’t refund:

Used data.

Deleted accounts.

Charges from other providers or phones.

Plans that expired more than 30 days ago.

5. Fair Use Policy (Unlimited Plans Only)

If you’re on an unlimited plan:

You’ll get 1GB of full-speed data daily. After that, speeds drop to 512kbps until the next day.

Don’t use SIMOVO to replace your home broadband or for heavy tethering.

We monitor usage and may slow down or suspend service for misuse.

6. Roaming & Coverage

Coverage and speed can vary by country or region. Your data may be used faster in roaming zones depending on network traffic. We partner with global networks to give you the best service, but we can’t promise 100% uptime or perfect coverage.

7. Lost or Stolen Device

If your device with a SIMOVO eSIM is lost or stolen, email us at support@simovo.com. We’ll block your plan within 72 hours of verifying your account.

8. Your Responsibilities

Please:

Use the service legally and fairly.

Don’t share your eSIM or use it commercially.

Delete the eSIM before selling or giving away your phone.

Keep your login secure and notify us of suspicious activity.

9. Payments

All plans are paid upfront.

Prices are shown clearly before you buy.

Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

You’ll need a valid payment method (card, PayPal, etc.).

10. Ending the Service

You can stop using SIMOVO at any time. If you’ve already paid for a plan, we don’t issue refunds unless outlined in section 4. We can suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the service or break the terms.

11. Legal Stuff

Our services are provided “as is” — we can’t guarantee no bugs or perfect performance.

We’re not responsible for issues outside our control (like network outages or cyber attacks).

Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If a legal dispute arises, it will be handled under UK law unless your local laws give you stronger rights. EU users may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll let you know if something major changes. Keep an eye out for emails or notices in the app.
